At Vauxoo, we strive to offer you a transparent, efficient recruitment process aimed at finding the human talent that best aligns with our values and objectives. We use tools like Odoo to manage every stage of the process, ensuring that you and our team have the best experience possible.
What is our recruitment process?
Profile review
We carefully review your profile to ensure that you meet the requirements of the position we are looking for, for this we use the Odoo Recruitment module to manage and organize all the profiles received.
We verify that your time zone is compatible with that of Vauxoo. This helps us ensure better coordination and efficiency in our operations.
Psychometric Evaluation
Once our recruitment team approves your profile, we will send you a psychometric test. This evaluation helps us to better understand your personality, your soft skills, and to evaluate your logical-mathematical thinking, as well as your verbal and social skills. We use Odoo to schedule and track these assessments, ensuring that each candidate receives the test at the right time.
The test lasts approximately two hours and is performed without interruptions and without other windows open. Don't worry! You do not need any prior preparation for this evaluation.
You're probably wondering: Why do we take this test before the interview? At Vauxoo, we value your time. Conducting an interview without knowing if your profile aligns with our values and vision may be ineffective. Plus, we want to get to know you better from the beginning.
This approach allows us to ensure that each candidate not only has the necessary technical skills, but also shares our values and will fit well into our company culture. This way, when we get to the interview phase, we will have already established a solid foundation and can focus on delving into other topics.
Interview
Once we confirm that your profile has the necessary skills, we will schedule an interview with our recruiting team. Thanks to Odoo, we can coordinate and record all interviews efficiently. In this interview, we will talk about your job expectations, your previous experience, and we will tell you in detail what we offer. We'll also give you an insight into what a typical day at work at Vauxoo is like and discuss your availability and financial expectations.
Profile evaluation
Our recruiting team carefully reviews each profile. If you are waiting for a response, three situations can occur:
- We may need a little more time to evaluate your profile, but don't worry, we will always be in contact to resolve any questions you may have.
- If you are not selected, we will inform you and provide you with brief feedback to help you continue to grow.
- You are selected to continue in the process! We will send you a code test. You can do it with peace of mind from the comfort of your home.
Technical interview (For developers)
After completing the code test, we schedule a meeting for a technical interview. We use Odoo to schedule and track this very important phase. In this meeting, an expert on the subject will ask you questions to find out your level of knowledge. This is where you can shine by showing your knowledge and explaining your code and the decisions you made during development.
After completing the test, our recruiting team and technical lead meet to decide the next steps in your process. These might be:
- You are accepted! We send you a salary proposal, profile and position.
- The level of challenge that Vauxoo offers may not be right for you at the moment.
