Promoting real rest is essential. This year we have focused on encouraging each employee to take their days off without feeling the pressure of work. To achieve this, we implemented measures such as the temporary redistribution of tasks and a focus on planning activities in advance. In addition, we promote total disconnection during vacation periods: no emails, no messages, no work-related calls. We want each person to return refreshed, with new energy.
